Bridges, Veneers and Dentures
Dental Bridges
A dental bridge is one of several options to fill the gap of missed tooth/teeth. Bridges can replace as little as one missing tooth, or multiple teeth in dental arch.
A bridge is permanently placed between two healthy teeth so it will span the area where the teeth are missing. They are attached to the natural teeth or implants that surround this space. The natural teeth that support the bridge are called abutments. Natural abutment teeth may be reduced in size to accommodate the bridge to fit over them in a similar procedure to Dental crowns.
The process of bridge fabrication is similar of that of dental crowns.
Dental Veneer
Porcelain veneers are one of the most accepted smile enhancement techniques in dentistry. Veneers require little to no preparation and are carefully hand-waxed to shape the ideal contours. Veneers offer beautiful esthetics, precision fit and high flexural strength.
Hybrid Denture
Hybrid denture is a full set of replacement teeth resting on dental implants. With the arrival of the solid zirconia full-arch implant retained prosthesis (such as the BruxZir Full-Arch Implant Prosthesis) we now have a prosthetic option that provides the stability and function of the screw-retained hybrid denture.
This denture is permanent and can only be removed by the dentist.
